Payment
100% payment is payable before any work commences, no comics will commence before full payment is received.

The Process
On placing your order you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will request you to supply your story as thoroughly as you can and to also supply digital photos of all the characters, places, objects and pets that appear in the story.

We will look through what you have supplied, give some suggestions to the storyline if required, probably ask a few questions and request any more photos we think we may need. This stage is very thorough to ensure your artwork is as accurate and personable as possible.

Once we have everything we need, we will draft out your comic strip so you can see how the comic will be laid out and how the story will be illustrated. We will send this to you for feedback.

Once we have your feedback we will complete the comic and send this to you for approval before printing, and apply any small changes you might have requested.

The total process from when you submit your story and photos to when the final artwork is ready for printing will take anything from 5 – 10 business days depending on how busy we are.
Once the comic artwork has been approved we will send it to the printers to get printed on canvas. Shipping takes 10 – 15 business days.

So please order your comic a month before you need it.

Shipping
All deliveries are tracked and we ship worldwide for free.

We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

If your package doesn’t get delivered then I will follow it up with the print company. So far I have never had a package not get delivered.

Refund Policy
During the creation process of the comic you are given the opportunity to make changes along the way. We have never had a client not 100% satisfied with the final artwork. We don’t print the comic until you are 100% happy.

If you receive the comic and you don’t like it and you want to make further changes that differ to the original brief then you will have to pay for these changes and the reshipping of the new artwork. These fees will be based on the amount of work that needs doing.

If you receive your artwork but the canvas got damaged in the post, we need you to tell us within 5 days of receiving the item and send us photos of the damage. We will then send this to the printer and a new canvas will be sent out asap free of charge.

Tips
Colours may vary from your computer screen to the final printed image. This is due to varying brightness and contrast settings on your computer.

Once you have placed your order, you can make your artwork smaller but you can’t decide you want to make it bigger as you will lose image quality when printed. So please make sure you are 100% certain about the size you want.

Be very thorough in your design brief, describe colours, describe objects, include as many photos as you can.

Ensure your photos are clear.
