So how do you get one? The process is very straight forward

1. Purchase the couple portrait
2. We will then email you requesting your favourite photo of you together. Make sure we can clearly see your faces, the photo cannot be blurry or dark. it must also be the actual photo and not a screenshot, and if possible no selfies. 
3. We will then create the portrait from your photo - the artwork will look exactly like you and your loved one.
4. We will then create your portrait and send it to you for feedback where you can request changes if required. Edits are free as long as they are within the initial brief.
5. If you opted for a high resolution digital file then your customized portrait will be emailed to you as soon as it is finished. If you opted for a canvas print then your print will arrive approximately 2-10 business days after completion. Delivery time depends on your location.
6. Production time for your portrait once all photos have been received is around 2-5 business days. If you need it sooner please get in touch and we will see what we can do. A 'rush fee' may apply.
