Aura Gold and her team does a great job every year. I've ordered fun pictures of my parents in various settings with different people. This is my fourth picture (4th year) and they are easy to work with and are great at getting the details and fixing anything that needs to be fixed. This year I decided to do my parents and their 4 cats. It is a digital file and I sent it off to the printer and can't wait for it to be printed so I can give it to them!

Store owner replied: awww thanks Stanley, always a pleasure to draw you and your family, i think this is number 4? I hope we continue to create a portrait for you every year. Aura

I've ordered pictures from this seller 3 years in a row, and every time, they amaze me. This year they took pictures from two of my deceased grandmothers (from 10 years ago) and did an amzing job. They were so spot on it was kind of scary. This is a gift for my parents (like the last 2 years... they're developing a collection at this point) and I just know they'll love it.

I reached out to Aura for a Christmas Gift for my Grandparents. We wanted to get a portrait of all the grandchildren that showed our personalities. Aura was incredible! She took on this huge project, 13 different people, and was able to pull together a beautiful portrait that captured each of us perfectly, while making it look cohesive and connected. She was open and responsive to my feedback and was so patient when making adjustments. My grandparents absolutely loved the gift, it was the hit of the holidays. I can't thank or recommend her enough!

Our drawing perfectly represented our family and somehow captured my kids personalities exactly. It holds a really special place in my heart. We've also received so many compliments on it. Aura was excellent to work with -- she made several changes based on our requests and seemed willing to work with until we were totally satisfied. I would certainly recommend this artist!

Great cartoon for our Christmas card! I am very happy with the result of the cartoon making process. Aura communicated immediately with us about what she needed to complete the drawing, and asked good questions to create an authentic representation of our family members. We have cats, so we would never be able to get everyone into one picture together. The cartoon was a fun ways to get a portrait of the family all together, including a representation of the cat that we lost this year. Would do this again!

Customer photo review of Custom Family Portrait With Pets - Anniversary Cartoon Drawing - Portrait Drawn from Photos

Aura was amazing! Super responsive and promised to provide me with a much better product than I tried to get somewhere else. She truly listened to what I wanted, understood the time crunch I was under, and delivered an amazing cartoon of my girlfriend, me, and our dog with the Grand Canyon as the backdrop. The other thing I really appreciated about Aura is she truly works with you throughout the process. Aura was not afraid to tell me when she thought one type of color I wanted to add about my dog to the cartoon would not look very good when made into cartoon form. Would definitely come back again. Don't trust some of these other pet cartoon vendors, especially one that always advertises on Instagram, all they care is making a sale and protecting their sale. Go with Aura, you won't regret it.

How is my comic created?

First we create a draft of how your comic will look. The draft outlines the story and where the characters feature and roughly how each panel will look. The characters at this stage don’t have likeness, they are just rough drawings.

This draft is then emailed to you for feedback, where you can request changes to be made. We then apply your changes and create the final artwork. The artwork is drawn using a drawing tablet on the computer. Once completed we send this to you for feedback, where you can make further small changes. Any changes are applied and your artwork is sent to you for a last time for feedback before it is sent to the printers.

How long will my comic take to create?

Usually from when we receive your story and photos, your comic will take us 10 working days to complete. We can turn your comics around quicker at special request. Please contact us for more information.

What if I don’t like my comic?

This can never happen as we have a policy of 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed, we don't go to print until you approve the artwork. We have a very efficient Q&A process and we thoroughly research the story first so you can be rest assured that the story you want to tell will be told, actually even better than you could ever imagine.

We will then edit things like colours, text, small details and likeness to people until you are happy with it.
